Our approach
A BESS project is not delivered, it is built.
Six steps, from study to revenue. For each one: what we do, what you receive and what your project gains. You keep what you do best; we take on the rest.
Study and sizing
The system size comes from your load curve and your objective: the power and the energy capacity your site justifies.
What we do
- Reading the load curve, at hourly or five-minute intervals
- Identifying the priority uses: self-consumption, peak shaving, backup, flexibility
- Sizing in kW and kWh, with a safety margin
- Economic study of the selected scenario
What you receive
- The study and sizing report
- The use scenarios, in power and in energy capacity
- An investor-ready version for your financing file
- Deliverables your engineering consultancy or your EPC (engineering, procurement and construction) contractor can use as they stand
The benefit for your project
Neither oversized nor undersized: the system costs only what your site justifies, and delivers on the promise that made you go ahead.
Solution selection
Architecture, manufacturer and chemistry selected project by project, from several partner manufacturers.
What we do
- Choice of architecture: all-in-one cabinet, container, solar-plus-storage, parallel configuration
- Technical comparison of the candidate solutions, against the site’s actual constraints
- LFP cells – lithium iron phosphate – preferred for their thermal stability
- Direct factory sourcing, with quality control by our sourcing office in China
What you receive
- The selected architecture, and why
- The comparison of the candidate solutions
- Data sheets and certifications: IEC 62619, UL 9540A test, national grid-code compliance
The benefit for your project
A solution chosen for your site – and you can check it item by item, with the comparison to back it up.
Installation and commissioning
A project is won on site: well-coordinated works keep it on schedule and on budget.
What we do
- Site coordination: schedule, subcontractors, logistics, light civil works where the site requires them
- Grid connection, electrical compliance and grid operator formalities
- Configuration of the energy management system (EMS) and integration with the existing equipment
- Charge and discharge tests
What you receive
- The acceptance certificate (procès-verbal de réception), signed at commissioning
- The technical documentation in French or English, depending on the project’s country, to the standards an EPC contractor expects
- Training of the site team
The benefit for your project
A single point of contact from the first day on site to acceptance – alongside your installer, or managing the works end to end.
Maintenance and warranty
A storage system is operated over the long term: maintenance keeps its availability and its performance, year after year.
What we do
- Preventive maintenance: annual checks, safety inspections, firmware updates
- Corrective maintenance: remote diagnosis, on-site call-out when needed
- Management of warranties and critical spare parts, held in stock by our partners
What you receive
- A maintenance contract, standard – one or two visits a year – or enhanced, four visits a year
- A condition report after every visit
- An extended warranty of up to ten, fifteen or twenty years depending on the equipment
- Spare-part lead times stated at signature, and support on working days in French or English, depending on the project’s country
- Direct coverage in France, Belgium, Switzerland and England; French-speaking Africa with our local partners
The benefit for your project
The asset’s safety, performance and value, preserved over time.
EMS and monitoring
The control strategy decides what a battery actually does with its storage capacity.
What we do
- Integration of the EMS with the meters, the inverters and the cloud
- Configuration of the selected uses: self-consumption, backup, flexibility, EV charging
- Remote monitoring and adjustments throughout the life of the site
What you receive
- A real-time dashboard, with incident alerts
- Documented scenarios, adjustable when the site or the tariffs change
- Several sites monitored from a single interface
- Modbus TCP and cloud API for your building management system (GTB), secure connections, hosting in Europe
The benefit for your project
The battery does what it was sized for – and keeps doing it when your site changes.
Aggregation and revenue
The energy capacity your site does not use can earn revenue on the electricity markets.
What we do
- Revenue study: the mechanisms open to your site, depending on its power and its grid connection
- Access to demand response and ancillary services
- The relationship with the aggregator: yours, or the one we propose
What you receive
- The revenue study, before any commitment
- Your aggregation contract kept, or ours with the revenue passed on to you
The benefit for your project
Revenue to pursue from your unused energy capacity, backed by a study – and you keep your aggregator if you already have one.
